Free shipping is included on every order within the United States — we don't currently ship internationally. Orders ship via USPS Priority Mail and typically arrive in 2–4 business days after your order is processed.

• A signature is required on delivery for every order.
• You'll receive tracking information by email once your order ships.
• We ship to the address you enter at checkout — please double-check it before submitting your order.

Return guarantee

If Librate isn't right for you, return the bottle — even an open, partially used one — within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price.

• Contact us first for a return authorization before sending anything back.
• Refunds are issued once we receive the returned bottle.
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
• Refunds are issued to your original payment method through PayPal.
