Who this policy covers

This Privacy Policy explains how Librate, a brand operated by MH3PL, LLC ("Librate," "we," "us"), collects, uses, and shares information when you visit librate.net or place an order.

Information we collect

When you place an order, we collect:

  • Your name and email address
  • Your shipping and billing address
  • Order details (products, quantities, amount paid)

We do not collect a phone number as part of checkout. Payment card details are entered directly with PayPal and never pass through or get stored on our servers. We also log IP addresses on order attempts for fraud prevention and abuse protection.

If you arrive via a marketing link (for example, one tagged with campaign parameters like utm_source), we capture those parameters as first-party data, scoped to your browser session only and cleared when you close your tab, and attach them to your own order record so we know which channel it came from. This data is never shared with, or used to build a profile for, any advertising platform, and we don't use it to track you across other sites.

This site also uses the Pinterest tag, an advertising pixel from Pinterest that lets us measure how visitors who arrive from Pinterest interact with our site. It sets a cookie and sends Pinterest information about your visit (such as the pages you view). This runs on every visit, not just ones that come from Pinterest, and is governed by Pinterest's Privacy Policy. We do not use any other advertising cookies, third-party analytics trackers, or marketing pixels on this site.

How we use your information

  • To process and fulfill your order, including generating a shipping label and tracking
  • To send order confirmations and respond to support or contact requests
  • To detect and prevent fraudulent or abusive orders
  • To maintain records required for accounting, tax, and legal purposes

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

Who we share it with

We share the minimum information necessary with the service providers who help us run Librate:

  • PayPal — processes your payment. PayPal receives what it needs to complete the transaction under its own privacy policy.
  • Shippo — generates shipping labels and tracking using your shipping address.
  • Brevo — sends transactional emails (order confirmations, shipping updates, and replies to contact form submissions) on our behalf.
  • Cloudflare — hosts our website and checkout, stores order records, and provides bot/abuse protection (Cloudflare Turnstile), which may set a cookie solely to verify you're not an automated script.
  • Pinterest — receives site-visit information via the Pinterest tag described above, to measure and improve our Pinterest marketing.

These providers are only permitted to use your information to perform the service we've engaged them for.

How long we keep information

Order records are kept as long as needed for customer support, accounting, and legal recordkeeping. Internal technical logs (such as fraud-prevention and shipment-status records) are retained on a limited rolling basis and are periodically purged as part of our normal data retention practices.

Your choices

To ask a question about your information, request a copy of it, or request deletion where applicable, reach out via our Contact page.

Children's privacy

Librate is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes to this policy

If we make material changes to this policy, we'll update the date above. Continued use of the site after changes take effect means you accept the updated policy.
